I'll start with the things that could use fixing, and then work my way to the things I really like. Just how I like to critique. <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/c/c…" width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Cool)"/>

Her arms are skinny compared to the rest of her body, & fit awkwardly on her. The arm we can see has the bottom part (attached to the hand) too long, although you got where her elbow should be right(always should reach the start of the hips & the end of the waist). Her torso should also be lengthened. Her head is a bit lopsided too, and looks like it's at a weird angle with the rest of her body.
<img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/b/b…" width="10" height="10" alt="" title="Bullet; Pink"/>I can't tell if you wish to draw in a more "realistic" style or if you rather draw in a more "moe" style, as either way, she would need a few more adjustments.
---If you wanted to do this in a more realistic style, her head should be smaller & her body should not be as stick like/slim. Her hips should also be thicker (not a whole lot, but somewhat, just enough to support her body)
--If you were going for more "Moe" style (think Higarashi), you should have slimmed down her neck & shoulders, as skinniness & child-like figures are very important to that style.

I don't know if this was your intention or not, but it would look a lot better if you kept it in singular lines without another line in it to create gaps in it. Try this tutorial (a flash!)[link] or this one (regular file) [link] It would go nicer with the mood as well, as your have a happy picture & a happy & bubbly picture needs smooth lineart to convey those feelings of happiness. Ragged lines usually convey feelings of discord & sadness in a character, and she isn't sad at all. XD
<img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/b/b…" width="10" height="10" alt="" title="Bullet; Yellow"/> When shading, don't use just a darker shade of yellow or a lighter shade of pink, use a shade of yellow-orange or a lighter shade of purple. I can't describe exactly what I mean without examples or writing an essay on it, so just go with this nifty tutorial here: [link] It'll make your pictures look all the nicer.
